OUR TEAM

WHAT WE DO

Organic

Doing organic farming means developing productive models that respect natural resources in order to preserve environment and customers’ health.

Products coming from organic farming are obtained through methods that consent the use of substances of natural origin to tackle whatsoever agronomic adversity and to fertilize the crops. Labeling the product is an important step for customers since it guarantees the quality of the process and of the productive thread. The label is the “certification” of the product and it guarantees it has been controlled.

The European regulation 2092/91 (annulled with the new CE 834/2007) was instituted for environmental conservation.

Grant aid given to businesses that conform to organic farming have been conceived to compensate a lower income and a higher risk to which farmer were exposed. As years passed by, the EU aids have been strongly reduced; at the same time farming techniques and means of production accepted by the Regulation have evolved insomuch as, today, a farm does not regards EU grant aids as important in its balance but it considers this method of cultivation parallel and alternative to the traditional one and so as remunerative for the company.
